2016 national vet conference - gold coast

boothimage2

The Print Group exhibited at the VELG Training, 2016 National Vet Conference last week (15th & 16th September, 2016) at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and what an event it was!

This year was the 10th anniversary of VELG Training’s National VET Conference (NVC), making the 2016 theme of ‘Celebrating VET’ even more fitting.

The conference was an ideal setting for The Print Group to showcase our products and services to key players in the Education and Training Sectors in Australia. As specialists in printing training materials, our print management systems and custom designed and printed foiled / embossed certificates and our anti-copy security paper, were hot topics of interest.

The event was well organised and we really enjoyed meeting the attendees and discussing print options for training materials and certificates. The circus themed welcome reception was a playful and fun night had by all, with the VELG team handing out red clown noses to the exhibitors – a great way to relax and network into the evening!

It’s now the third year running, that we have offered our Recipe Book for attendees in the welcome satchels. It’s always an exciting time in the office, when we decide on the theme of the recipe book. This year we handpicked our favourite cookie recipes. We baked, photographed and thoroughly enjoyed eating the cookies and hope the attendees enjoy the book as much as we had making it!

A big congratulations to the VELG Training team for the fantastic job they did in organising the event. The Print Group were proud to be sponsors of the event and to have the opportunity to exhibit at the conference. We look forward to attending for years to come!
